Clarity: January 24, 2017

We live in uncertain and capricious times. Without our individual influences, mostly lost in our society through our external environment, we could easily be lost souls walking the earth misplaced from our birthright.   With all that is happening, and has been happening for quite awhile in the world, there may be a call for you to act with clarity and focus! defines clarity as “clearness or lucidity as to perception or understanding; freedom from indistinctness or ambiguity; the state or quality of being clear or transparent to the eye.”

Clarity seems to be a lifelong journey. Just when you think you have everything figured out, a sideswipe knocks you off your feet, or your family, community, country, planet…and requires you to stand up, wipe off the dust and plant yourself with strength. What is required of you changes, depending upon the circumstance. Unpredictability brings confusion, which may bring anger, anxiety, sadness, fatigue….on the flip side, these emotions, can bring us clarity, compassion, love and action.

Life is full of many beautiful things. Not so similarly, life also has doubts that make us feel as though we have no power. We may become paralyzed, not knowing what to do next. The frays and snares of life may trap us into believing other than what we are capable of at times.

When I find myself bogged down or overwhelmed, usually it is because I’m unclear somehow. I’ve taken on too much activity and need to empty my bucket, so to speak. Getting away, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, helps me empty my bucket, so that I come home to myself more clearly, ready to continue and fulfill my sense of purpose, for the Highest Good.

If this resonates for you, NOW is the time to clear your mind. Clear away the minutia that does not matter, that no longer serves you. Create space within you so that you may fully be and live your truth! Take time each day, if possible, to allow gratitude for your blessings, and to receive inner guidance from yourself and the synchronicities that are aligning with you, for the world, for the Benefit of All! Stay clear, focused and your actions will be from the deepest parts of you!

Walk in nature, meditate, have some morning quiet-time, pray, listen to your gut, play music, sing, dance, write, build, paint, walk a labyrinth, or do whatever brings you to center – come into alignment with yourself! Restore your life and mind from laziness and complacency. Go to higher ground! Find your own personal clarity!

Thank you! This is the perfect time for your reminder. To help me “get to center” I often ask myself “Is this the best use of my time right now”? If not…refocus and clarify.
